Each bundle includes one ethically sourced Palo Santo, bound with home grown Rosemary, locally sourced Eucalyptus and in season florals, and a hand chosen Amethyst crystal. * 🤍

Palo Santo smoke cleansing removes all negative energy and promotes more positive energy, so can be used on its own in any practice.

Rosemary: Rosemary has been used throughout time for health & healing. The burning of rosemary clears the air & preventing airborne infections. 
Burn Rosemary to drive the staleness from a home after a long and lingering illness.

Eucalyptus: Eucalyptus is recognized as one of Earths earliest herbal healers. It encourages emotional balance and removes exhaustion and mental sluggishness, strengthens concentration, stimulates blood flow.

Amethyst: Amethyst is a natural tranquiliser, it relieves stress and strain, soothes irritability, balances mood swings, dispels anger, rage, fear, and anxiety. It can also aid in alleviating sadness and grief, and dissolves negativity.

Size varies as every stick is unique, but they are approximately 10cm
