Each bundle includes one ethically grown Mugwort (Black Sage), bound with home grown Thyme, locally soured in season florals & a hand chosen Rose Quartz crystal.* 🤍

Benefits

Mugwort: Mugwort, also known as Black Sage, is a plant that is native to Northern Europe.

Burning Mugwort will help cleanse an area of all energies, both good and bad. It will remove stagnant energy and make room for you to enhance your creativity, insights and inspiration.

After burning, it is best practice to follow up the cleanse with some sort of positive ritual to bring back in that positive energy that you are wanting to promote, either by singing, dancing, meditating, or singing bowls.

We do not use white sage or call this practice ‘smudging’ as that is a religious practice done by Native Americans. This is not our heritage, nor do we want to practice a ritual that is sacred. We use Mugwort as this is grown in areas of our heritage and create our own practices.

Thyme: Affection herb creates an enticing energy field. Thyme instils courage in the mind and heart.  

Rose Quartz: Rose Quartz is the stone of universal love. It purifies and opens the heart at all levels to promote love, self-love, friendship, deep inner healing, and restores trust and harmony in relationships, encouraging unconditional love. It can also be very helpful to comfort in times of grief.

Size varies as every stick is unique, but they are approximately 10cm

*Florals that are in season will be included in your bundle, so they may differ from pictures.
Some of the herbs & florals may have been dried for longer periods and may differ in colour from pictures.
