Mugwort (Sage) Bundle

Mugwort, also known as Black Sage, is a plant that is native to Northern Europe.

Burning Mugwort will help cleanse an area of all energies, both good and bad. It will remove stagnant energy and make room for you to enhance your creativity, insights and inspiration.

After burning, it is best practice to follow up the cleanse with some sort of positive ritual to bring back in that positive energy that you are wanting to promote, either by singing, dancing, meditating, or singing bowls.

We do not use white sage or call this practice ‘smudging’ as that is a religious practice done by Native Americans. This is not our heritage, nor do we want to practice a ritual that is sacred. We use Mugwort as this is grown in areas of our heritage and create our own practices.

Size varies as every stick is unique, but they are approximately 10cm
